Delivery of the certificate

📜 If you received the certificate in electronic form, you can order the delivery of a paper version of the certificate.

🗓 Delivery of the certificate is carried out from the 1st to the 10th day of each month. Certificates are sent by the 10th day of the next month to those customers who have paid for the delivery of the certificate and filled in the delivery address details by the 20th of the previous month.

🔎 For example:
- If you placed an order on May 15, the certificate will be sent before June 10.
- If you placed an order on May 21, the certificate will be sent before July 10.

📨 We receive all information about sent certificates on the 10th day of each month and transfer this information to students.

🕒 The delivery time is the time for placing an order + making a certificate with holograms, bar and QR codes + postal services. A hard copy of the certificate is a hand-written document that contains 2 holograms, QR and bar codes, a signature, and 2 seals. The total delivery time is calculated from the date of dispatch.

Express delivery of the Certificate + Transcripts + recommendation letter WITH a tracking code (total delivery time from 30 to 40 working days) = 259 USD

🔍 Not all shipments have their own track code. The track code is the tracking number of the letter in the postal system. If you order without a track code, tracking the package en route is impossible using the appropriate resources (trackers). For a guarantee, we recommend ordering with a track code to track your certificate by number. If the certificate needs to be re-delivered, then the procedure, terms, and cost do not change, and you also need to re-pay for the delivery. We are not financially responsible for the operation of postal services.

📩 After receipt of payment and address for delivery,
within 40 working days
a notice of departure will be sent to your e-mail.
If you order delivery with a track code, a track code will be sent.
If you ordered Standard Delivery without a tracking code, you will receive a notification with the date of dispatch,
without documentary evidence.
