Delivery of the certificate

📜 If you have received your certificate, transcript, or recommendation letter electronically, you can order a hard copy delivery.

📦 How are certificates delivered?

📌 Certificates are shipped once every two months—between the 1st and 10th of the month.

🛒 Who qualifies for shipping?
To have your certificate shipped in the next cycle, you must:
✔️ Pay for the delivery
✔️ Provide your shipping address by the 20th of the month, two months before the shipping date

🔎 How does it work?
📌 Example 1: Order placed on May 15 → Shipping by July 10.
📌 Example 2: Order placed on May 21 → Shipping by August 10.

📩 When will shipping information be available?
📌 On the 10th of the shipping month, updates on shipped certificates will be available.
📌 After the 10th, customers will receive a tracking number.

💡 Important!
✔️ Certificates are shipped once every two months.
✔️ Your details must be submitted by the 20th of the month, two months prior to shipping.
✔️ The tracking number is issued after the 10th of the shipping month.

🕒 Delivery time includes the order processing period, certificate production (including holograms, barcodes, and QR codes), and postal service processing. The hard copy certificate is a handwritten document containing two holograms, a QR code, a barcode, a signature, and two official stamps. The total delivery time is counted from the shipping date.

🌍 Please note: Certificates are currently only shipped with a tracking number. Due to the unreliability of postal services, we exclusively provide tracked shipping to ensure maximum reliability and tracking availability. Regardless of the destination country, delivery is only available with a tracking number. Please consider this when paying for delivery.

🔍 Not all shipments include a tracking number. A tracking number allows you to monitor your shipment in the postal system. If you order delivery without a tracking number, you will not be able to track your parcel using tracking services. To ensure secure delivery, we recommend choosing a shipping option with a tracking number. If your certificate needs to be re-shipped—even if the postal services return it to the sender—the process, conditions, and cost remain the same, and you will need to pay for shipping again. We are not financially responsible for postal service operations.

📩 Once payment and the shipping address are received, a shipping notification will be sent to your email within 40 business days. If you order delivery with a tracking number, you will receive the tracking number. If you choose standard delivery without a tracking number, we cannot provide any supporting documents or receipts, except for a photo of the envelope with a postal stamp taken before sending it at the post office. For standard delivery without a tracking number, we cannot guarantee that your certificate will be delivered or returned to us if undelivered. To ensure receipt and tracking, we strongly recommend choosing tracked delivery.

🏅 Recommendation Letter
A document in which the author assesses the qualities, characteristics, and capabilities of the recommended person from the perspective of this individual's ability to perform their duties. Recommendation letters are typically associated with employment.

📬 Before ordering a paper version of the recommendation letter, it is necessary to first obtain its electronic version. If you have the "250 hours Expert" package, the electronic version of the recommendation letter is included in this package. If you have the "120 hours Pro" or "150 hours Master" package, you can purchase the electronic version of the recommendation letter separately if desired.
