Delivery of the certificate

📜 If you received the certificate in electronic form, you can order the delivery of a paper version of the certificate.

🗓 Delivery of the certificate is carried out from the 1st to the 10th day of each month. Certificates are sent by the 10th day of the next month to those customers who have paid for the delivery of the certificate and filled in the delivery address details by the 20th of the previous month.

🔎 For example:
- If you placed an order on May 15, the certificate will be sent before June 10.
- If you placed an order on May 21, the certificate will be sent before July 10.

📨 We receive all information about sent certificates on the 10th day of each month and transfer this information to students.

🕒 The delivery time is the time for placing an order + making a certificate with holograms, bar and QR codes + postal services. A hard copy of the certificate is a hand-written document that contains 2 holograms, QR and bar codes, a signature, and 2 seals. The total delivery time is calculated from the date of dispatch.

Standard delivery of the Certificate WITHOUT a tracking code (total delivery time from 60 to 70 working days) = $49

Standard delivery of the Certificate + Transcripts WITHOUT a tracking code (total delivery time from 60 to 70 working days) = 75 USD

Standard delivery of the Certificate + Transcripts + recommendation letter WITHOUT a tracking code (total delivery time from 60 to 70 working days) = 95 USD

Standard delivery of the Certificate WITH a tracking code (total delivery time from 60 to 70 working days) = 140 USD

Standard delivery of the Certificate + Transcripts WITH a tracking code (total delivery time from 60 to 70 working days) = 165 USD

Standard delivery of the Certificate + Transcripts + recommendation letter WITH a tracking code (total delivery time from 60 to 70 working days) = 185 USD

Express delivery of the Certificate WITH a tracking code (total delivery time from 30 to 40 working days) = 215 USD

Express delivery of the Certificate + Transcripts WITH a tracking code (total delivery time from 30 to 40 working days) = 235 USD

Express delivery of the Certificate + Transcripts + recommendation letter WITH a tracking code (total delivery time from 30 to 40 working days) = 259 USD

🔍 Not all shipments have a tracking code. A tracking code is a number used to track a shipment within the postal system. If you place an order without a tracking code, it will be impossible to track your package using the appropriate resources (trackers). For assurance, we recommend ordering with a tracking code to monitor your certificate by its number. If the certificate needs to be resent, even if postal services return it to the sender, the procedure, conditions, and cost will remain the same, and you will also need to pay for shipping again. We are not financially responsible for the operation of postal services.

📩 After receiving payment and the delivery address, a shipping notification will be sent to your email address within 40 working days. If you order delivery with a tracking code, you will be sent the tracking code. If you order standard delivery without a tracking code, we cannot provide supporting documents or receipts for the shipment, except for a photo of the envelope with the postal mark taken just before sending it at the post office. In the case of standard delivery without a tracking code, we cannot guarantee that your certificate will be delivered or returned to us if it was not delivered. To ensure receipt and the ability to track the shipment, we always recommend ordering delivery with a tracking code.

If you have the "250 hours Expert" package, the electronic version of the recommendation letter is included in this package.
